Our office is conveniently located in the Hartford Hospital Avon Wellness Center on the second floor, above HealthTrax Fitness Center, in Suite 209. Also located in our building is Jefferson Radiology and Clinical Laboratory Partners. For parents who may need childcare while they are visiting our office, the building offers a Youth Activity Center which is free of charge when you have an appointment with a physician. Please ask our staff about the hours of operation.
Driving Directions
From I-84 West Bound
Take exit 43 (Park Road/West Hartford Center). Turn left at light at end of ramp. At second light turn right onto South Main Street for 2.2. miles. Take a left at light onto Route 44 West (Albany Avenue). Go over Avon Mountain approximately 4.3 miles. Stay straight through light onto Route 10/44 West for .5 miles. At O'Neill's Chevy turn right onto Route 10 North/202 (Simsbury Road). Wellness Center is .5 miles on the right (opposite Fisher Drive). If you pass Riverdale Farms you have just missed the entrance.
From I-84 East Bound
Take exit 39 (Farmington/ Route 4) and proceed straight through the light at the intersection of Route 4. Proceed into Farmington and at the light (Farmington Golf Club is on the right) take a right on to Route 10. Follow Route 10 until it intersects with Route 44 at Avon Old Farms. Take a left and stay straight through light onto Route 10/44 West for .5 miles. At O'Neill's Chevy turn right onto Route 10 North/202 (Simsbury Road). Wellness Center is .5 miles on the right (opposite Fisher Drive). If you pass Riverdale Farms you have just missed the entrance.
Coming from I-91:
Take I-91 to the I-84 W/TRUMBULL ST exit. Continue onto TRUMBULL ST. Turn RIGHT onto MAIN ST/US-44. Follow directions From HARTFORD.
From HARTFORD:
Take MAIN STREET (Route 44). Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto ALBANY AVE (Still Route 44). ALBANY AVE/US-44 becomes US-44/AVON MOUNTAIN RD. US-44/AVON MOUNTAIN RD becomes US-44/E MAIN ST/CT-10. US-44/E MAIN ST/CT-10 becomes US-44/W MAIN ST/CT-10. Turn RIGHT onto US-202/CT-10/SIMSBURY RD. The Avon Wellness Center is 0.4 miles.
