Philosophy:

As a women’s health nurse practitioner and nurse-midwife, I have had privilege of caring for women throughout all stages of life. Each life stage is unique with its own set of challenges. I have a passion for empowering women in all stages to bring balance and health in their lives. I believe that food is our greatest medicine and that genes are not our destiny. With the right fuel we can all live well.

I have been disappointed with traditional training that taught me to mask symptoms with the latest greatest pharmacological drug. Although there are times when prescription medication is necessary, my goal is to seek the underlying imbalance in the body system and work to restore it in order for the body to heal and function optimally. I am delighted to be on the Whole Health Associates team and I see great things happen with women who are ready to embark on the journey to better health.
