Dr. Stagg is a national authority in Precision Lifestyle Medicine. She has always been passionate about science and health and started out as a doctoral student in Biochemistry at the University of Iowa. However, she left the field of research to pursue a career as a physician so that she could work directly with patients to improve their health. Dr. Stagg graduated with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Stagg is a well-known expert in integrative medicine and  has appeared on NBC, ABC and CBS and is a frequent speaker on optimal health and wellness. Her clinical approach is one of integration, working together with the entire health care team for the best interest of the patient. As a mother of three children, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s families.
