What is the FlexFit Movement Method?
The FlexFit Movement Method is a clinical movement-based rehabilitation program to enhance the outcomes of your physical care. It combines targeted stretching, postural retraining, and corrective strengthening exercises to restore function, improve resilience, and keep you moving well. Your spine is the foundation of your health, but alignment alone isn’t enough. At Whole Health, we help you build the flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance needed to fully support your wellness and prevent future pain or injury. This isn’t a class or group workout–it’s a fully personalized, one-on-one program built around your unique movement needs and health goals. How the FlexFit Movement Method Works
Step One: Individual Functional Assessment
We begin with a movement evaluation to assess flexibility, posture, muscular strength, endurance, and balance. This tells us exactly where to focus and how to design your personal program. Schedule your assessment with any of our FlexFit providers to begin!
Step Two: Customized Program Design
Based on your movement assessment, we create a targeted plan that evolves with your progress. Your goals, comforts, and daily activities guide our approach.
Step Three: One-on-One Instruction
Personal training sessions are fully guided by Maguire Mullins, ensuring correct form, controlled progression, and safety. Chiropractic services are provided by Dr. Mark Stagg. Massage and therapeutic stretch services are provided by Kaireen McClay. You’ll never be left guessing. Our FlexFit team of providers focuses on helping you understand how your body and joints move and how to move better.
Step Four: Correct, Strengthen, Stabilize
Over time, you’ll begin building the flexibility, strength, and motor control needed to stabilize your spine and joints, reducing strain, improving coordination, and enhancing your ability to move confidently.
Step Five: Maintain & Evolve
As you progress, we adapt your program to maintain gains and continue improving your performance in everyday life. You may also receive home-based exercises and stretches to complement in-office sessions.
