I honestly can’t believe that I’m one day away from finishing this program. It was tough at times but I feel absolutely wonderful (and the weight loss was an added plus!) I’ve learned a lot about my body and what it needs to feel well and perform on a daily basis. I liked having energy after dinner to do a project or even just play a game with the fam! I feel like my body is clean and I’m nervous to add anything back to it that could bring me down -this is the challenge!
Breakfast was oatmeal with blueberries, coconut milk and cinnamon. I was soooo happy!! It was a delicious treat! Finally got to have my blueberries too!
My morning snack was an Ultra Clear Renew shake and 2 Advaclear capsules.
For lunch I’m having left-over curried black and cannelli beans with onions over spring mix.
My mid-afternoon snack was an Ultra Clear Renew shake and 2 Advaclear capsules.
For dinner I had spicy beans and rice. I was still hungry so I had a rice cake and hummus.
I’m kind of sad it’s over actually… now I feel like I should try the 28 day program. I feel excellent but I think I still have more work to do!

I’m so happy!
I kind of miss my shakes though… how weird?!
I started adding some foods back in and I can see how they are reacting in my body.
I really like the way I feel and what I’ve learned.
I’ve made 2 major changes:
1. no more dairy at all… I don’t miss it one bit!
2. no more caffeine! I don’t need it!
I felt so good on this program I’m going to start the 28 day program. I think it would be good for me to do a longer cleanse. A longer cleanse might give me a clearer picture on what really affects my metabolism. Then perhaps I’ll start First Line Therapy!
It took a long time to get to this point but I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get my body back on track!
